Wills

When one passes away without a will, then your assets will be seized by the state. It is completely up to your where your assets are to go, but with a will your last wishes are followed by your accord.
The importance of a will is that it gives you full control of where your assets go. We believe every person should have this power as it is afforded to them by the law.
Trusts
A trust works similarly to a will except for a few exceptions. A trust can be set up to give assets to a beneficiary while you are still alive. You can revoke this trust at any time. Once you pass away all the assets contained in the trust are granted to the individual who is the trustee according to the terms written out.
